Please note that we are no longer accepting workshop proposals.

Proposals are requested from the PCSI community to run workshops at the conference.

These workshops, a traditional feature on the first day of the conference, are open to all attendees. They offer a deep dive into pivotal issues and topics, providing facilitators a chance to engage with a diverse audience.

We welcome proposals for either half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours, including breaks) workshops. These should resonate with the conference theme: “Code, cost, analyse and fund: Let’s harness the value of casemix”. The conference can accommodate up to 8 half-day workshops or an equivalent number of full-day sessions.

Workshops are expected to be interactive, maximizing learning opportunities for participants. They should focus on educational content rather than marketing proprietary products or tools; proposals centered on the latter will be declined. Workshops can be facilitated by an individual or a group, and it is expected that presenters will be highly experienced in the topic of the workshop they are proposing.

Presenters must ensure that workshop materials can be shared with attendees without any copyright issues. Proposals, detailing the workshop format and content, should be sent to Janette Green at by Monday, 5 February 2024. See template for workshop proposal here.
