Cancellation, refund and transfer policy

Cancellation requests from delegates

Any delegate who has paid in full and wishes to cancel their registration 6 weeks or longer before the conference (12 April 2024) is entitled to a refund of the conference registration fees minus a 10% administration fee and minus the PCSI membership fee (€80). Following 12 April 2024, no part of the registration fee is refundable.

Note that in the case of cancellation, PCSI, nor ZZZS, nor NCC are responsible for any losses related to hotel bookings, airlines and other booked services. It is a delegate’s responsibility to check the policies of organisations providing these services before booking and/or ensure coverage through travel insurance from financial losses due to cancellation.

All registration cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the conference organisers at  at least 6 weeks before the start of the conference.
